Pasta with Porcini Spread and Turkey


  • 400 g pasta (choose the pasta shape you want)

  • ½ pound turkey breast 

  • 1 zucchini 

  • 200 ml cooking sour cream

  • 1 Porcini spread jar

  • 1 small head of broccoli (steam peeled, heads halved lengthwise)

  • 1 onion 

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 3-4 tbsp olive oil

  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt

  • pepper



  1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain. At the same time in separate pot cook broccoli.

  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Put finely chopped onion, cut turkey and zucchini into cubes and add salt and pepper. First fry turkey for 3-4 minutes, then add zucchini cubes. Simmer until turkey is well browned and zucchini become soft. Reduce heat to low. Add finely chopped garlic, cooking sour cream and Porcini spread and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add broccoli florets to the mixture, mix everything and add pasta. Serve it, top with grated parmesan and enjoy!
