Spicy Chicken Pizza

Spicy Chicken Pizza

  • 300 g flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast

  • 200 ml cold water

  • 30 ml olive oil

  • 150 g boiled boneless chicken breast halves, cubed

  • 4 tablespoons Chilito Sweet Hot Sauce

  • 150 g mozzarella

  • 30-50 ml tomato sauce

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 clove red onion cut into ribs

  • Pepperoni as desired

  • Green leaves (of 2 of spring onions) for serving

  1. Make the dough the night before. Mix flour, salt and yeast. Pour cold water and oil and knead a smooth dough. If needed, add more flour. After the dough is kneaded, place in large bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. The dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. When you are ready to use refrigerated dough, sprinkle a baking paper with flour and put the dough on it. Knead the dough once again, sprinkle flour over it, cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rest for 2 hours. From time to time make sure that the plastic wrap does not stick with dough.

  2. When you are ready to bake the pizza, heat the oven on maximum.

  3. Chilled cooked chicken breast cut into cubes and pour with Chilito Sweet Hot sauce. Add the minced garlic, salt and pepper in the tomato sauce.

  4. As much as you can clean dough from flour and punch it down on the baking pepper. Brush dough with tomato sauce and arrange the chicken, red onion, pepperoni (sliced or whole) and finally top add mozzarella pieces. When the oven has reached maximum temperature, carefully remove the baking sheet from it and transfer the pizza with paper on it (you will probably need help). Bake at maximum temperature or until golden.

  5. Baked pizza sprinkle with green leaves and serve.
