- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt, pepper and Zacin C vegetable seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1 thyme twig
- 200 ml sour cream for cooking
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 100 g Morel spread Forest secret
Cut the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper and Zacin C.
Preheat the pan and roast the breasts on low heat for about 10 minutes,
When the breasts are done, remove them from the pan and cover with plastic wrap until you prepare the sauce.
Add twig of thyme and chopped garlic to the pan where the chicken is roasted. Then pour with white wine. When the wine is evaporated add sour cream for cooking, mustard and morel spread.
Mix everything, then return the breasts to the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
We recommend to serve it with grilled vegetables.
